Experience the magic of dahlia

I came to love flowers through dahlias.

They were the first of my garden planting and the first of my arrangement experience.

Dahlias come in miriads of colors and shapes and give you so much creative exploration.

But at the same time, they aren’t the easiest to arrange.

They require attentive care and the chunky volume makes it tricky to arrange.

For me, this makes dahlia workshops even more exciting and fulfilling.

Join me in August and September as we pick from one of the biggest dahlia gardens.

We will pick together in the morning, come home for delicious lunch and then!

Arrange a full size, beautiful centerpiece using the dahlias of your choice.

10:30 : Gather at our studio in Heemstede (If you have a car, you may come straight to the dahlia farm)

11:00 : Arrive and start picking at one of the dahlia farms nearby

12:15 : Come back to studio and condition the flowers

12:30 : Grab a delicious lunch in Korean style

13:30 : Centerpiece design demo

14:30 : Everyone to start their own centerpiece

15:30 : Photography & Wrap-up

Dahlias are seasonsal flowers only available in August-October months.

Not only that, dahlia cutting farm of this scale and freshness do not exist in many other cities.

All other things will be taken care of - the drive, delicious home made lunch, tea and snack, and all the tips.

An immersive day that will give you beautiful memories, new skills and a bouquet.

All your creations are yours to take, including the vase, and the dahlias you have picked.

All the tools will be provided, so no need to bring anything. Come in a comfy clothes and shoes plus some sunscreen!

We will gather at our garden at 0930 AM and finish around 3:30 PM
