Hand-Tied XL Workshop
From the basic spiral to structure-framed bouquet and everything in between -
there are many ways to hand-tie a bouquet!
We are introducing special hand-tied course called Hand-tied XL. This course looks like below.
We will first make a structure that will work as a frame with metal wire
Onto the wire, we will build a large size hand-tied bouquet step by step
Once done, we will paper-wrap it and also add a beautiful ribbon to it
This big bouquet requires 3+ hours and extra amount of flowers.

Step into the quiet elegance of Japanese seasonal tradition. For a strictly limited run this winter, we are offering an exclusive, two-part floral exploration celebrating the art of Oshogatsu—the sacred Japanese New Year.
Led by Jinsol, a florist with training in Japan, this experience brings authentic cultural heritage straight to your hands. You will learn to craft a traditional Oshogatsu arrangement, historically designed to welcome the New Year deity, attract good fortune, and clear space for a fresh beginning.
Sustainable Ikebana Mechanics In the second half of the workshop, we shift into the philosophy of Ikebana. You will discover nature-considerate, foam-free techniques that use everyday vessels—like ceramic plates—alongside structural bindings crafted entirely from leaves and branches.
What You Will Take Away: This 2-in-1 experience offers the best of both worlds: a striking, auspicious piece to anchor your home, and a sustainable skillset you can recreate again and again at home. As always, you take home both of your work including the carefully selected vessels.

Frequently Asked Questions & Studio Policies
1. What is the quality and reputation of your workshops?
I take immense pride in the experience I provide. Flower and Flour maintains a near-perfect reputation, with over 50 five-star Google Reviews and only one four-star review. 2. Who is this experience designed for?
This is for anyone who loves flowers. 90% of the people we welcome are first-timers!.
3. Can you accommodate larger groups?
The studio sessions are limited to 4 guests to maintain intimacy. However, for larger corporate retreats or private groups, I can arrange for a beautiful external venue. Please submit a request via the Private Commission form to discuss a larger-scale event.
4. How do I secure my booking?
To hold your date and allow me to begin the curation of your materials, 100% prepayment is required at the time of booking.
7. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Because this is a full-day program involving significant preparation and perishable items, we adhere to the following:
Cancellations 4 weeks prior: 95% refund. (Transactions fees are deducted)
Cancellations within 4 weeks of the date:Non-refundable.
Note: As these sessions are often booked months in advance, a cancellation within the 4-week window typically results in a loss of business that cannot be recovered.
8. What if the host has to cancel?
In the unlikely event that the program cannot proceed as planned due to a reason on my side, you will receive a 100% full refund immediately.
Flower Hobby Workshop (2.5 - 3 hours)
We will workshop at our studio in Heemstede
I will create a demo and explain my process.
Following that, you will create your own while I go around and give you tips or answer your questions
When You Come To Our Hobby Workshop
The workshops take place in Flower and Flour studio in Heemstede.
We are 3.5 km from Haarlem station and 25 km from Amsterdam center.
You will be able to borrow our flower scissors. And all materials will be provided.
You are free to bring your own flowers and plants as you please. (But there will be enough)
You bring all your work including the vase or bowl home so please bring an appropriate bag.
