My transition from 25+ years of corporate marketing to a floristry business has been a gradual yet intentional pivot that marks an important phase in my life.

Through my flower workshops, I met numerous people, both young and old, all frequently asking me these questions : “How did you make this change happen?”, “How did you know this was your thing?”

Many conversations about this topic would fill the flower studio. And it got me thinking - perhaps I can write about how anyone can proactively orchestrate and lead such a change.

My Personal Pivot : The Life Manual For Extracting Oppotunities Out Of Any Change is a book I wish I'd had when I was making my transition. It's a “self-reflection + execution guide” workbook designed to help you orchestrate change in terms of both how to think and what to do —whether that's a career change, a passion project, or renovating your house.

You can say that this is my ‘Merry Survival Guide’ that was developed out of multiple years of trial and error. Turning one’s passion into a business, while not easy, is a blessing

I am here to share my methods and impart every small and big wisdom that I’ve accummulated. So welcome to myt garden of pivot. Let’s start this jourmey.

What Would You Like To Offer The World?

The world we live in today demands more than just hard work. It requires us to take full ownership of our growth, our careers, and our happiness—and the agility to pivot whenever necessary.

Beyond mere survival, you must identify which parts of your unique experience and knowledge resonate with the world's needs, and then have the courage to bring them to light. Defining the change you desire and putting it into practice in real-time is no longer an option; it is the most essential life skill of our era.

Originally prepared as two separate volumes—1) Finding Your Direction and 2) The 9-Step Execution & Productization—I have now decided to integrate them into a single, comprehensive Master Edition.

Just a year ago, I believed that self-reflection and deep contemplation might be enough for some. But as we stand in 2026, the world has accelerated to a point where execution is non-negotiable.

As a result, this book has doubled in depth and size. It is now a complete system, designed to help you master both the 'art of thinking' and the 'discipline of doing' entirely on your own.

Book & Coaching Program Reviews

Marina (41, Corporate professional exploring interior design)

Loved this experience! The flow worked perfectly for me - the deep, progressively layered questions at the start drew out thoughts and memories I’d almost forgotten. It was a very enriching process, and some prompts took me several days to reflect on. The practical questions that came later helped put my “big dream” in context and showed me that working towards it is doable within my current lifestyle.

By the end of the booklet, I had a clear, realistic direction in my head. The in-person session with Sujin gave me extra confidence, and her practical ideas for next steps inspired me to take action. After the session, I felt energised - like I’d grown wings. Following Sujin’s advice, I seized the momentum and took my first step. I know change won’t happen overnight, but as Sujin writes in her booklet, “the seeds of pivot have been planted.”

Jin (28, Florist in Japan, preparing for a period in EU to study flowers)

"Through the 1:1 consultation, I was able to calmly organize the thoughts that had only been circling in my head. I used to think, 'I'll start running my own business once I’m fully prepared.. However, the session gave me the clues I needed to realize that starting right now would be immensely beneficial.

What impressed me most was how we reviewed my current 'safety nets' together. Sujin thoroughyl analyzed my situation and with this, my vague anxieties were significantly reduced.

The suggestion to 'experiment for just three months'—rather than waiting for perfect readiness—was a game-changer. I felt I could move forward without pressure when she told me that this wasn't a challenge where I had to prove a result, but simply an experiment.

This wasn't a consultation that forced an answer on me; instead, it encourged me to judge and act for myself. The summary sent after the session was incredibly helpful for looking at my situation objectively and remains a great reference for checking my direction. I highly recommend this to anyone hesitating about their career or life path, especially those who, like me, keep preparing because they feel 'the time isn't right yet.'"

“The Self-Reflection Workbook is more than just a workbook — it’s like having a gentle, honest conversation with yourself about where you are and where you truly want to go.

What I appreciated most is how practical yet deeply reflective it is. Instead of throwing big motivational quotes at you, it guides you through clear exercises that help uncover what actually matters — your values, your habits, your environment, and your sense of purpose.

Each section builds naturally on the next, moving from self-awareness to intention and finally to action. I especially liked the prompts about identifying patterns that hold you back and the visualization exercises for imagining your “aligned life.”

It’s not an overnight fix, but if you take the time to work through it honestly, you’ll walk away with a clearer sense of direction, grounded goals, and a renewed belief that change is possible.

✨ A thoughtful and empowering guide for anyone who feels stuck, restless, or simply ready to live with more purpose

My Philosophy in Mentoring & Coaching

"Only the change you embrace yourself can truly transform your life."

I believe that the deeper you recognize the need and importance of a change, the more significant that transformation can become. A change you haven't fully convinced yourself of is one you cannot sustain. Guided by this principle, my sessions focus on empowering you to arrive at your own realizations, ensuring that your next steps are decisions you find truly rational and convincing.

After every session, I provide a 'Personalized Pivot Report' via email, containing a structured summary of our discussion and my additional strategic advice.

I am here to be your pacemaker in the following areas:

  • Compassionate Objectivity: Learning to observe yourself with the objectivity of a third party, yet with deep trust and affection.

  • Strategic Prioritization: Logically analyzing your various ideas to determine which should be executed first.

  • Sustainable Momentum: Developing practical action ideas to maintain consistency and prevent procrastination.

  • Unshakable Inner Focus: Establishing your own standards so you remain unmoved by the opinions of others.
